Our planning application service can be used to prepare and submit your Householder Planning Permission Application. This includes the production of high quality detailed plans of your current property and any proposed extensions or modifications.
We can manage the entire planning application process from your initial ideas and requirements, through to submission of the application and on to the planning decision.

Plans are produced using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software and are delivered in both paper and electronic formats as standard. (Electronic delivery includes PDF format as standard and on request in CAD format (DWG or DXF)).
We offer two fixed fee planning services: Premium and Self Survey.
The Self Survey service is available nationally (England and Wales) the premium service is currently available throughout the South East (Hertfordshire, Kent, Essex, Surrey, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, West Sussex, Berkshire, Cambridgeshire, Sussex, West Sussex, Berkshire). Travel costs may be incurred at £2/mile for sites at distances greater than 50 miles from our location at CM3 8RA. Our Premium Planning Application service starts with a consultation at your property to discuss your requirements and following discussions we will undertake a measurement survey inside and outside your property and take exterior photographs. We then produce a draft of the Planning Application including drawings of the existing property and with the proposed modifications. Once you are entirely happy with the draft we will issue the plans and submit them to the Local Authority for their decision. We'll keep you up to date of progress throughout the application process.
We provide a simple survey form which allows you to make a sketch of your property, add measurements and describe the extension you require. From this information we produce a draft set of plans and the application forms for your review and comment. We then update the application in response to your comments and once you are fully satisfied with the application we submit the Planning Application to the Local Authority.
The Self Survey Service is the same as our Premium Service with the exception that we do not undertake a measurement survey or undertake any visits to your property.
