Premium Planning Application Service

 

Our Premium Planning Application service includes:

 

  1. A planning consultation with you at your property. This provides us with an opportunity to understand your requirements and for you to ask any questions. Following discussions we will undertake a measurement survey inside and outside your property and take exterior photographs.  This meeting will typically take around 4 hours.  (If you do not wish us to visit our Self Survey option provides a lower price alternative).
  2. Production and delivery of the following draft/initial plans (these are required for all planning applications):
    • Existing Elevations

    • Proposed Elevations

    • Existing Floor Plans

    • Proposed Floor Plans

    • Block Plan

    • Site Plan

    • Colour visualisations

  3. Production and delivery of a draft Local Authority Planning Application form.
  4. Submission of draft plans and application form for your review.
  5. Update of draft plans and application in response to your comments. We will only submit your application once you have confirmed that you are entirely happy with the plans.
  6. Submission of your Planning Application to the Local Authority.
  7. We'll liase with the Local Authority regarding your application and keep you up to date with progress until the planning decision has been made.
  8. If your planning application is rejected we can modify and resubmit the plans (often at no additional cost) or offer our Planning Permission Appeals Service.
 

 

 

Our Premium Planning Application service is currently available at a fixed price from £1050 including a 10% online discount (plus Local Authority Fees (currently £206 +£20 online submission fee) which are paid direct to the Local Authority) for all properties with up to three existing bedrooms. For larger properties an additional fee of £150 per additional bedroom is charged. This service is only available for work to existing properties. This price includes a 10% online discount and is available for orders placed on-line only and is not available in conjunction with any other offer. (Additional travel costs may be incurred at £2/mile for sites at distances greater than 50 miles from our location at CM3 8RA.)

 

We request payment in three stages. The first installment of £200 is due prior to the Planning Consultation visit (if paying online), the second installment of 50% is due on delivery of the initial set of plans and the balance is due (together with the Local Authority Fee) once you are entirely happy with the plans and have approved them for submission to the Local Authority.

 

This service does not include the production of full Building Control Application plans. The GPO Designs Building Control Application service is available once planning permission has been obtained.
